Neferit made a pact with the Dark Powers when she was a child in order to survive, but at heart, she always longed to be like one of the great rangers she's read so many stories about. So she kind of fakes it: she has her displacer beast companion Void at her side, and her flavor of Eldritch Blast is pretending that her double-sided blade is a bow and she's shooting out eldritch arrows.
